Box-n-Go U services are provided under a licensing and transportation agreement with Box-n-Go, where the Box-n-Go acts as a carrier under California Self Storage Facility Act.

Box-n-Go U, is in turn, licensed as a household good carrier in the State of California. So the movers that are actually handling your belongings are trained and licensed professionals. As a licensed mover, Box-n-Go U maintains the required insurance coverage. There are a lot of movers that advertise their services, including the services that are similar in nature to what Box-n-Go U provides. Unfortunately, many of them are not licensed to move your household goods. Using the company that is not licensed and, as a result, not insured (only properly licensed companies can procure and maintain the required insurance coverage in the State of California), can result in the personal injury or property damage that you will be responsible for.

A moving company with an appropriate insurance coverage will cover you for many risks far beyond possible damage caused to your belongings. As an example, when movers work on your property, should any of them be injured, the licensed and insured moving company will protect you from the potential liability arising from such injury.

Similarly, should your or your landlord property be damaged during the move, the licensed moving company with an appropriate insurance coverage will offer an appropriate coverage for your losses.

Flat Fee Movers, Inc. respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Flat Fee Movers Agent for Notice with the following information in English (your “Notice”):

Note: If you are asserting infringement of an intellectual property right other than copyright, please specify the intellectual property right at issue (for example, ‘trademark’).

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Yahoo! site, with enough detail that we may find it on the website (in most circumstances, we will need a URL);
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

You should note that if you knowingly misrepresent in your notification that the material or activity is infringing, you will be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by us or the alleged infringer as the result of our relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing.

Cancellation Policy

When choosing a moving service provider, one of the most important considerations is their cancellation policy. At Box-n-Go U we understand that your situation can change and the need for our services can change with it. This is why we work very hard to offer you the unparalleled flexibility and array of options.

If you need to cancel your boxes and materials order, for any reason, please call us as soon as possible and let us know. We will be happy to cancel your supply kit order, for any reason, prior to shipping. Should you desire to cancel after your order has shipped, simply return the items to us. We will refund the cost of all items returned. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the shipping costs, if any.

If you would like to cancel a scheduled pick up or delivery any time prior to start of work, we will do so at no charge to you. We will be happy to work with you on re-scheduling of your move, if this is what you would like us to do. Please keep in mind that our schedules are booked on the first come, first serve basis and availability may be limited. Choosing a different pick up/delivery dates and times may be subject to additional fees, based on the published rates for those dates/times. We do ask that you give us as much notice as you possibly can so that we can re-schedule your move  to the day you would prefer (based on our current availability), as well as to accommodate other customers who might want your originally scheduled move date and time slot.

If you decide to cancel your move after the work has started, you will be charged for the hours worked to the point of cancellation and  the materials used, if any, or a minimum charge fee as stated on the Agreement, whichever is greater.
