Collection of Information
As an E-commerce web site we collect limited personally identifiable information as needed for the processing of moving or storage quotes, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc. (collectively referred to as “PII”). In general, the information you provide, is used for billing and to fulfill your specific requests, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. We do not share, sell, rent or trade PII with third parties for their promotional purposes.
When you do purchase goods and/or services from us, in order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:

For certain services, such as our moving or storage programs, we also request credit card or other payment account information, which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers.
